Trust is one of the fundamental ideas of mindfulness. Perhaps you might initially think about practicing trust in your journey or trust in others and those ideas are important. However, for today’s practice, I will guide you to consider building trust in yourself. Trust that you know what you need better than anyone else. This can inform your decisions and actions as well as reduce overall stress and suffering. Developing this quality or capacity during meditation allows you to be skilled at it in other life situations.
