Connect with Your Heart and Intention Yoga Nidra

If you are struggling to make a decision in your life or simply want to get to know yourself better, this special yoga nidra meditation and visualization practice is for you. It is incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating if used during the day. It can also be used to help you fall asleep and enjoy extremely productive and healing sleep. It has been said that 1 hour of yoga nidra equates to 4 hours of deep sleep. Using this systematic approach to full body and mind meditative rest to enjoy blissful peace and uncover your heart’s desires while you relieve stress.

 

This practice of yogic sleep will guide you to the state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleeping. You do not worry if you do not hear everything. It is natural to flow in and out of conscious hearing. The deepest part of you is listening.

 

This meditation is 50 minutes of spoken word and can be used during the day or to help you go to sleep for the night. If you are listening to this recording with the intention to move into a sleeping state, my voice will simply fade into the background and your subconscious mind will be ready to allow sleep to easily come to you. If you are moving on with your day, your subconscious will listen to my voice bring you back to full awareness. You may also want to set a soft timer if you don't plan to go to sleep.
